I'm Steve Fusaro — a senior software engineer and former CTO. I've spent my career between the IC and leadership tracks, which means I can hold an executive conversation in the morning and ship production code in the afternoon.

I work with founders and small teams at AI startups and tech companies that need senior engineering judgment without the overhead of a full-time hire. Past clients include SiriusXM and Wayfair. I was CTO at Philosophie, an innovation lab that was acquired. Today I consult independently as a vetted Toptal expert and Equal Experts consultant, and I founded RecipeBranch, an AI-native recipe app.
